The Pecan Street Festival

The Pecan Street Festival is a free two-day arts festival held twice yearly in downtown Austin’s Sixth Street Historic District. The juried festival attracts hundreds of local and national artisans offering original handcrafted creations in a variety of mediums, from metal, wood, fiber, clay, leather, glass and stone to repurposed materials of all kinds.

The popular 18-year open-air Market made it's season return to Historic Downtown Georgetown March 14, 2015. One of three winners of First Lady Anita Perry's inaugural "Texas Treasures" awards. Located in the heart of the Hill Country, Georgetown historic downtown centers recently restored courthouse square.
Unique shops located on and off the Square in all directions. The historic district further spills onto tree-lined streets with homes built as early as the 1890's in a range of styles and sizes. Come, wander our hometown and feel the authentic welcome that is uniquely Texas... uniquely Georgetown.
